“Beau Jest” tells the story of Sarah, a nice Jewish girl with a problem - her mother wants her to be married to a nice Jewish boy. She tells her mother that she is dating a Jewish doctor and her mom insists on meeting him. Her boyfriend Chris Kringle, a WASP executive, protest as Sarah plans a dinner party where she hires a Jewish actor through an escort service to play as her boyfriend. He is so convincing in the role that Sarah falls head over heals in love with him.
