Adults and Children Alike Will Adore this Exhibit: “Tremendous Trees”

Some view art as a language that can speak across multiple cultural, social, and educational barriers. Integrating mind, body, and spirit, art develops reflection, self-expression, and critique in both the artist and their intended audience of viewers. Art allows us to develop our thinking skills, sharpening the way we analyze, evaluate, and even problem solve.

It’s important for people of all ages to regularly attend exhibitions of art whether it’s visual, performance, or otherwise.

Keeping this in mind, we, at Domain City Center Luxury Apartments, suggest that you attend this wonderful exhibition at the Overland Park Arboretum & Botanical Gardens. View original illustrations by eighteen local artists for "The Tree Who Walked Through Time", a children's book written by Maureen Carroll.

These illustrations are realistic and fantastical interpretations of regional trees. This exhibit and book help children identify different species of trees that grow in Kansas. The book and prints will be available for purchase. This is a family-friendly event, intended to inspire those of all ages!

Community interaction is an important part of life, which is why Domain City Center Luxury Apartments in Lenexa, Kansas is urging you to join in the all of the excitement at this event!
